We are currently searching for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and forward thinking individual to join our team at our Mountain View property. The leasing consultant is the first point of contact with prospective clientele and are both the cutting edge and the supporting foundation of Oakwood's sales force. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven record of outstanding customer service/sales experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating and conducting tours of the property - Completing reference checks on potential residents - Preparing leases and move-in paperwork - Scheduling resident move-ins - Compiling marketing results - Completing competitive studies - Maintaining a leasing phone log - Other administrative and sales duties | | | Job Requirements: | QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous sales and/or leasing experience - Ability to multitask - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) - Proficiency in MS Office & Internet - Must be available to work weekends
