This role will sit at our corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, OH.

The Fintech Academy Liaison based in Cincinnati, Ohio will serve as the main point of contact for all Fintech activities related to Worldpay University Program. This role will also be very involved in recruiting for the Worldpay University Program with an emphasis on technology, corporate, and sales related roles across the country.

Recruiting top talent for the Worldpay University Program, we have a talented group of recruiters across the globe that focus on interns and full-time hires joining the Worldpay University Program. We take pride in working cohesively to ensure we are creative, resourceful and collaborative.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Perform full life cycle recruiting for company's Worldpay University Program openings by conducting in-depth requisition launch meetings, advertising, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers.
  • Guide hiring managers through the interview, selection, reference and offer stages.
  • Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company, conducting phone screens, coordinating interview schedules, summarizing feedback, make hiring recommendations and managing the offer process.
  • Successfully track progress on requisitions and candidates within Workday.
  • Maintain a focus on the marketplace and communicate market intelligence as appropriate by attending career fairs/events and hosting open houses on site.
  • Manage Fintech events calendar: Career Fairs (including Alumni events), Student Activities, Worldpay Info Sessions/Workshops, Assist with event organization (Worldpay speakers/deck prep), Additional Opportunities to showcase Worldpay and Utilize Phenom and Yammer to highlight events
  • Manage GSU Resume Book: Create candidate review process, Acknowledgement communication and Links to site/helpful resources for follow-up with candidates
  • D&I: Target diverse student groups, Assist with D&I Student Advisory Group and Use Analytics & Reporting to inform strategy and tactics
  • Attend Fintech related meetings with Director of Fintech Academy and Worldpay Liaison
  • Provide updates to Fintech Steerco on activities/progress/events

  • Skills in direct, internet and networking sourcing and in conducting and facilitating job fairs and recruiting events
  • Ability to be well organized, to perform under minimal supervision and to be successful in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and relationship management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
