Snowflake is growing fast and we're searching for a data driven individual to join our team as the Senior Director of Digital Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 exceptional digital marketers focused on digital initiatives aligned to Snowflake's core business initiatives.

This role requires in-office attendance in San Mateo, CA at least 3 days per week.

AS A SENIOR DIRECTOR OF DEMAND GENERATION AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Lead a team of 14 demand generation managers and leaders across industries and workloads, driving campaigns via email, webinars, content, partners and third-party programs.
  • Connect the customer-journey across multiple touchpoints, including email, digital, web and events, bringing together cohesive experiences and nurtures to move prospects down the funnel.
  • Analyze email campaign strategy, including performance across database segments and optimize campaigns for complex buying groups, in partnership with marketing intelligence and marketing operations.
  • Work closely with global marketing leaders to enable geo-led demand generation and measurement in alignment with corporate strategy and local strategies.
  • Be responsible for end-to-end corporate event promotion for quarterly event tours, including project management, measurement and optimization.
  • Execute against account-centric response goals, driving engagement in specified buying personas and accounts aligned to sales targets.
  • Collaborate with sales development organization to understand and optimize SLA performance per demand generation campaign.
  • Help drive content strategy in partnership with the content marketing team, balancing high-converting content for sales with brand-engagement for a full-funnel customer journey.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  • 14+ Years of experience in B2B Saas marketing with a focus on account-based demand generation, complex persona targeting, and deep analysis of campaign performance.
  • Experience executing multi-touch campaigns across complex buying journeys and touchpoints, including measurement of funnel movement as a result of the efforts.
  • Proven track record executing enterprise-grade email strategy, including but not limited to data-driven touch governance, complex persona targeting and A/B testing.
  • Ability to reach quality lead goals without dependency on content syndication or pay-per-lead programs.
  • Hands-on experience with key vendors including marketing automation platforms, SFDC, intent providers, and event registration vendors.
  • Exceptional project management expertise, leveraging tools like Wrike for cross-team collaboration and deliverable management
  • Innovative strategies for modern demand generation to deliver on pipeline goals including the use of AI for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proven track record working directly with sales and sales development teams to optimize down-funnel metrics from SLA to opportunity to close.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective, cross-functional and global relationships.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $221,000 - $336,000.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
