We are hiring a Plant Manager to our winning Corona, CA location!
The role involves overseeing the manufacturing process, including departments such as production, quality, planning, maintenance, engineering, continuous improvement, and warehouse. The responsibilities include leading a work community focused on systems thinking and continuous improvement, ensuring a safe work environment, managing the manufacturing function, strategic planning, budgeting, meeting production schedules and cost objectives, and maintaining industry and customer standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of manufacturing management experience, a degree in Business Management or equivalent, strong financial management knowledge, experience in a growth-oriented sales and marketing organization, expertise in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma quality processes, and excellent communication skills.Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process. The salary range for this role is $135,000-$170,000 per year. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
