JOB TITLE: Manager, Business Applications (D365 F&O, CRM, PROJECT)
Location: Anaheim, Ca 92807

PURPOSE
The Manager of Business Applications will be responsible for planning, conducting, and coordinating business applications activities, including implementation projects and related processes. Responsibilities also include the development, implementation, and support of corporate application systems in accordance with planned business results, time frames and budgets as well as providing technology support to Econolite team members located in the U.S., Tecate, MX, and Canada. In addition, the Manager of Business Applications will be manage and lead functional analysts for Econolite's Microsoft Dynamics 365 application, existing Costpoint ERP and support new D365 Field Services implementation.
DUTIES:
  • Establishes disciplined project management and measurement approaches and ensures the highest quality delivery of services while optimizing performance with each project/delivery.
  • Ensures adherence to existing IT methodologies, technology, operations, documentation, and quality control standards, policies, procedures, etc. and coordinates and controls implementation thereof.
  • Work cross-functionally between management, Information Technology, and the users of the database applications.
  • Oversee Business Application team member(s) and contractors responsible for the overall Econolite business application performance across the organization.
  • Provide leadership and/or support for Dynamics 365 system enhancements and project management as appropriate/needed, including:
    • Translate, customer requirements into software design, development, plan and implementation.
    • Manage implementation of new systems, including integration with existing platforms
    • Propose system design/enhancements based on customer problems and product requirements.
  • Manage Econolite Enterprise Agreement (EA) and Business Application System licenses with Microsoft. In conjunction with the Microsoft EA, coordinate Econolite's D365 ERP deployment through collaboration with the CFO, IT Department peers, and functional area leads
  • Act as a subject matter expert on functionality and provide support of corporate application systems
  • Provide pre- and post-implementation technical support, troubleshoot production issues, handle administration, configure & develop requirements, maintain application security controls and create customized solutions
  • Work with management and users to manage projects, scope work and produce estimates to help define deliverables and timelines
  • Provide support to the rest of the IT organization as required for ongoing projects and initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years relevant IT software/applications experience as well as managing large IT projects and staff
  • Demonstrable experience in at least 2 of the following 5 functional areas:
    • Manufacturing
    • Advanced Warehousing
    • Project Accounting
    • Finance
    • Master Planning
  • Direct work with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, CRM/Sales, Operations, Projects
  • PMP certification not required, but is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Business case development skills for developing budgets, cost/benefits, and total cost of ownership, ROI, payback and other financial analyses as needed
  • Strong knowledge of project management and software development methodologies
  • Experience with reporting, analytics and dashboarding
