Beyond Yoga's Merchandising team is growing and looking for a full-time Merchandise Coordinator. You will report to the Head of Merchandising.

About the Job

  • Help grow the Merchandising Team at Beyond Yoga (Culver, City, CA) across all product categories, working through the full product lifecycle from inception to sell out

  • Analyze sales and work with merchant and design team to build seasonal product assortments that grow sales and serve the Beyond Yoga customer

  • Create weekly and seasonal reports: including top/bottom sellers, price point, sizing, category and competitive analysis, plus ad hoc reporting

  • Analyze business weekly and seasonally to identify opportunities, provide recommendations and work in partnership with manager

  • Work in partnership with merchandising and planning to build seasonal sku plans

  • Support the build of quarterly product assortments with merch/sales/planning (for DTC & Wholesale)

  • Support product maintenance from design concept to post market

  • Seasonal style manager product list management (RLM)

  • Linesheet/Merch Guide updates

  • Coordinate with e-Com on monthly product assortments, product knowledge and support

  • Help with all design/merchandising milestone meetings

  • Support sales with pre-market needs including pre-lines

  • Support Exclusive request/Special Make-Up/Liability Capsule needs with sales, design, and sourcing teams

  • Research competition, trends, and marketplace strategies online & in-stores

  • Partner with teams across the organization including merchandising, design, planning, sales, global sourcing, marketing and e-Com

  • Reporting to the Senior Merchandising Manager at Beyond Yoga

About You

  • 1+ years of experience in merchandising/buying role; preferably in apparel space with knowledge of design and buy process for Wholesale & D2C

  • Proficient retail math and analytical skills; data manipulation

  • Excel (can perform complex functions) , PowerPoint, Google Systems

  • Knowledge in RLM, Asana, Joor, and/or Shopify

  • Experience in the Apparel Industry or Retail store environment

  • Fashion merchandising degree, business degree, or similar
