As the company accelerates growth, an excellent customer experience is critical to unlocking future growth. As our leader of Cloud Growth, Insights, and Execution, you'll have the opportunity to directly impact our success by driving the discovery and operationalization of insights to deliver improved go-to-market execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that we increase customer adoption via product-led growth, accelerate install base migrations, and drive cloud consumption. You will lead a high-performing team and act as a catalyst for continuous improvement, ensuring high cross-functional communication and collaboration levels. The impact of your work will be seen in continued growth in our contracted Annual Recurring Revenue, our Capella mix, and new logo acquisition.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • GTM execution of PLG: Lead our approach to product-led growth, ensuring that we implement the correct GTM practices for each buyer profile and work closely with Product teams to prioritize capabilities and offerings to the greatest impact areas.
  • Capella migrations: Establish and execute a global program to accelerate customer migrations to Capella. Partner with Sales leadership to identify high-propensity opportunities and develop compelling offers to increase the rate of Capella adoption.
  • Capella consumption: Analyze consumption metrics to identify expansion and re-buy opportunities. Develop a predictive model of consumption that enables more precise forecasting of Capella ARR and revenue.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Business Development teams globally to implement PLG, migration, and consumption programs.
  • Team leadership: Lead and coach a team of high-performing individuals focused on execution and outcomes.

Required capabilities:

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to coach and lead cross-functional GTM teams
  • Extensive experience in and credible knowledge of database & developer products and as-a-service GTM strategies
  • Program management skills with proven experience in the delivery of high-impact cross-functional GTM initiatives
  • Strong influencing skills with a proven ability to manage complex situations
  • Proven, excellent communication skills, including the ability to succinctly communicate at the highest levels in the organization
  • Outcome oriented, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced, growing environment, with a passion for innovation and driving results
  • Experience with product led growth is preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Product or GTM functions
  • Minimum 5 years in people leadership




The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
