The anticipated salary range for this role is between $118,000.00and $135,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.

SMBC Manubank is looking for a Technology Vendor Manager with strong vendor management backgrounds, analytical capabilities, and project management skills. The Manager must be an excellent communicator - this person will work cross-functionally every day with internal business units and external vendors.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business Management, or Business Administration or related field
Master's degree is a plus
Skills/Qualifications:
10+ years of Information technology experience
3+ years managing vendor relationships. Advanced knowledge of procurement and contract management.
Proven ability with corporate buying processes, contract negotiation, vendor relationships
Cloud cost management experience
Ability to provide evaluation and analysis of unique complex technological contracts.
Experience with invoice management tool (Coupa a plus).
Familiarity with Apptio or other technology financial management tool.
Experience with business analysis and P&L management
Strong negotiation skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
The ability to multitask effectively.
Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to effectively collaborate with technical and business partners.
Financial Industry Experience is a plus.
