Description

You will assist with frontline areas and visitor operations (SM Surgical Lounge, and Information Desks on 16th and 15th Streets, and wayfinder). Utilize PassagePoint and CareConnect to register guests. Provide information and directions, by phone and in person, regarding clinic/patient locations or outpatient appointments. Provide quick, friendly, and helpful directions to customers who are trying to find their way or need assistance.

Salary Range: $28.23-$40.44/hr

Qualifications

  • Quick learner, adaptable and flexible, fast and efficient, friendly.
  • Computer savvy.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Accurate and efficient with professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Customer service background preferred, especially hotel and healthcare.
