Our Mental Health Therapists have support from case managers, a scheduling team, administrators, and a wide range of medical professionals who are all dedicated to providing wholistic care to our patients. This enables our Mental Health Therapists to treat the entire person while focusing more fully on providing counseling services to patients. As part of FHCSD's training process, new employees also participate in our Buddy Program, so they have even more support from peers while learning their new position. All licensed therapists also have the option of a hybrid work schedule after completion of the initial training period. While the Mental Health Department has grown substantially over the past several years, we strive to stay connected across our many locations by utilizing MS Teams, remote meetings, inter-office events, and optional social activities throughout the year like our annual Mental Health Awareness Month Beach Bonfire.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base range for this position, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
