In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to local, national, and international environmental regulations.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce the supply chain's carbon footprint, such as optimizing transportation and packaging.

  • Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure sustainability performance across various departments.
  • Create and manage databases for tracking environmental impact, including but not limited to emissions, waste management, and energy consumption.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather data and ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms and systems.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives by providing analytical insights that guide decision-making.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
