We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Banquets department team as a Banquet Captain. We are committed to providing you with:
Here is what you will be doing each day:
In this role, you will oversee banquet functions, map out all events with banquet staff and helps to develop a proper plan of execution with Banquet Manager. It is imperative that the Banquet Captain keeps informed and becomes involved in the entire banquet execution process. Duties include:

You have at least two years of experience in a supervisory/bartending banquet role, preferably in a resort setting. You have your Food Handlers, TABC and TIPS (or equivalent) certifications. You have basic computer skills to include email, data entry and Microsoft office. You have working knowledge of A la Carte, fine dining as well as white glove practices, A/V, Weddings, liquor/wine and Banquets. You can work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays. You have a passion for our industry and take pride in providing our guests with a memorable experience.
