Provide services for Dell Azure Stack HCI platform, perform assigned O&M tasks (e.g., install security patches/updates, plan and perform HW/SW upgrades, troubleshoot issues, etc.), report task progress, provide feedback, and ensure tasks are completed on time. Develop and submit change requests as necessary. Monitor and optimize Dell Azure Stack HCI platform performance.
